Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, Velora will review the case and provide an appropriate solution without charging you for the error.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or defective.
Refund Processing
