Refund Policy

At Velora, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help.

🛍️ Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for items returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required to process a refund.

📦 Return Process

2.Once your return is approved, you’ll receive return instructions, including the return address.
3.After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

    A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable or custom-made products (if applicable)
  • Any item not in original condition, or returned beyond the 14 day window

3.Next, contact your bank. There’s often some processing time before a refund is posted.
