- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required to process a refund.

3.After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

❌ Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:

- Perishable or custom-made products (if applicable)
- Any item not in original condition, or returned beyond the 14 day window
